There is nothing quite like a backyard BBQ to bring the family together. For this cookout, I wanted to create a healthy and flavorful meal using fresh ingredients. These images from tonight show how we made a perfectly seasoned grilled tilapia alongside charred, tender and seasoned Brussels sprouts and corn on the cob.
Getting the grill to the perfect temp of 400 degrees is key for getting those beautiful grill marks. My trick for the tilapia is adding lemon and Bass Pro Shop fish seasoning while grilling to keep it moist. The smokiness from the grill really elevates the food. What are your go-to grilling recipes?
