Korean BBQ Chicken 🍗

Ingredients

Sauce

¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium)

¼ cup honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 Ingredients teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon sriracha

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon ginger (fresh, minced)

Korean BBQ Chicken

4 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon green onions (or parsley, chopped)

Instructions

Make the sauce: Mix the soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, and rice wine vinegar in a bowl and set aside.

Pan fry the chicken: Season chicken to your liking and place in a large pan with shallow oil. Just enough to cover the bottom. Flip the pieces every 5 minutes or so until fully cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and pour in the sauce. Bring to a boil to thicken the sauce. Add chicken and lower heat. Baste the chicken with sauce until it is fully covered and leaves a nice brown tint.

Garnish: Sprinkle the chicken generously with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
