Sure, it’s fantastic with tortilla chips – who doesn’t love a good chip and dip combo? But honestly, that’s just the beginning! I’ve served it as a topping for grilled chicken and fish, especially salmon and cod, and it elevates the dish to a whole new level. Imagine a flaky piece of grilled fish, crowned with this sweet and tangy salsa – pure perfection! It’s also amazing piled into fish tacos or shrimp tacos, adding that fresh, juicy element that really makes them pop. Once, I even spooned it over scrambled eggs for a tropical-inspired breakfast, and it was surprisingly delicious. Crafting the perfect mango avocado salsa starts with choosing the right ingredients. For the mangoes, I always look for ones that are slightly soft to the touch and have a beautiful, fragrant aroma. Ripe mangoes are key for that natural sweetness.
