Fava beans hummus / Houmous de gourganes

Here's a new, easy recipe for lunches and snacks. Plus, it can be made with the help of the whole family: fava bean hummus.

You will need the following ingredients:

- 1.5 kg (3 lb) fava bean

- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil

- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1 tbsp fresh mint

- 1 tbsp fresh basil

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley

- 1 garlic clove

- Salt

- Pepper

- 3 tbsp tahini

Steps:

- Shell the fava bean.

- Boil water and cook for 5 minutes.

- Then let cool in cold water.

- Combine the oil, mint, basil, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and tahini in a blender.

- Remove the skins from the beans.

- Place them in a blender.

- Puree.

- Enjoy and subscribe.

Voici une nouvelle recette facile à faire, pour les lunchs et les collations. De plus, elle peut être faite avec l'aide de toute la famille, de l'houmous de gourganes.

Vous aurez besoin des ingrédients suivant:

- 1.5 kg (3 lb) de gourganes

- 1/4 tasse (60 ml) d'huile d'olive

- Jus d'un citron

- 1 c. à soupe de menthe fraîche

- 1 c. à soupe de basilic frais

- 1 c. à soupe de persil frais

- 1 gousse d'ail

- Sel

- Poivre

- 3 c. à soupe de tahini

Étapes:

- Écosser les gourganes.

- Faire bouillir de l'eau et les cuire 5 minutes.

- Puis les laisser refroidir dans de l'eau froide.

- Mettre l'huile, la menthe, le basilic, le persil, l'ail, le sel, le poivre et le tahini dans un mélangeur.

- Retirer la peau des fèves.

- Les mettre dans le mélangeur.

- Réduire en purée.

- Savourez et abonnez-vous.
