Pumpkin Grilled Cheese

Still have a lot of pumpkin left and don't know what to do with it? I suggest making pumpkin grilled cheese sandwiches.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

- Salt

- Pepper

- 4 tbsp pumpkin puree

- 1/2 cup (113 g) shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 tsp old-fashionade Dijon mustard

- 1 tsp turmeric

- 4 slices of bread

- Margarine or butter

Instructions:

- In a bowl, mix the salt, pepper, pumpkin puree, cheddar cheese, old-fashionade Dijon mustard, and turmeric.

- Spread margarine or butter on each slice of bread.

- Assemble the grilled cheese sandwiches.

- Grill in a panini press or in a skillet.
