Raf Coffee
Recently, I discovered a new coffee recipe and since I loved it, I decided to share it with you, the Café Raf.
Portion size: 1
You will need the following ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) plant-based coffee creamer
- 2 tsp of vanilla sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) espresso or very strong coffee
Steps:
- In a cauldron, heat the vegan coffee creamer.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the vanilla sugar and the espresso/coffee.
- Pour into a cup.
- Whisk with a hand mixer until a foam is obtained.
- Enjoy and subscribe.

- 2 c. à thé de sucre vanillé
- 1/4 tasse (60 ml) d'espresso ou de café très corsé
Étapes:
- Dans un chaudron, faites chauffer la crème à café végétale.
- Retirer du feu.
- Ajouter le sucre vanillé et l'espresso/café.
- Verser dans une tasse.
- Fouetter avec un mélangeur a main jusqu'à l'obtention d'une mousse.
