hey girl!! I'm in the same boat as you and I just wanted to remind you that we are not our intrusive thoughts. Those thoughts come from anxieties and worries. What helps me the most is meditation and labeling my intrusive thoughts as intrusive thoughts. I'm also looking to get treated for those intrusive thoughts, so I would recommend that as well!!
