Anyone else hate going to the Dr?

I work in a dr’s office but when it comes to myself going to the dr i absolutely hate it and it gives me anxiety. Anyone else feel the same? #letschat #Lemon8Diary

i hate my doctors, they never actually help me and brush my issues off like it’s nothing. i sprained my ankle so freaking bad so i went to the dr, and she told me it was fine. i’ve sprained my ankle before so i knew what it felt like but this was worse. she didn’t do anything about it, i ended up putting on a boot 😭
