actually i didnt rly want all my lemon8 post to be abt being unemployed cause i’ve been in this state for almost 2 years (with a 6 months ft employment in between) so nth new tbh

and im completely lost rn, i dk what am i doing. but to be eating well and generally happy, i think its a blessing i should not take for granted

soooo i’ve been taking part time jobs (actl just 2 tehee)

childcare assistant - supervising kids, normal pt pay & flexible. i don’t have any experience handling kids, but it was so fun interacting and playing w them. there were also some v noisy ones and i got very overwhelmed by the screamings and runnings arns 😟😭 didn’t last long cos there were salary discrepancies and hr went mia for weeks even with follow up emails and messages. only replied when i reported to tadm lollll next day instant reply bro. very pekcek to chase for my money so nah byebye

acai affair - low pay than an average pt jobs, repetitive job scope, scoop acai v tiring zzzz but i somehow enjoy the overall work 😟 been a childhood dream to open a dessert cafe!!! but no money how to open :( also lovee arranging fruit toppings and learnt how to pipe pretty drizzles hehe also imo acai affair’s acai is one of the better ones - no bias, love AAA even before i work here

other than that, i’ve been enjoying waking up to no alarms on no work days YIPEEEEE. i do still apply to ft jobs almost everyday lol even though deep down, working 9-6 is smth i don’t really want anymore. but if that’s the only choice i have right now i think bobian la - maybe till i figure out what to do w my life to escape that corporate hell
