I’ll be completely real.
Sticking to a weight loss plan has been miserable, and I have not been consistent enough at all. To be transparent, I have gained about 3lbs since my last post because I haven’t been consistent.
I feel defeated. I haven’t held myself accountable and it’s kept me from posting because all I felt was shame.
I’m hoping to start back over again soon. For those of you who have been following so far, thanks for helping me get this far. This hasn’t been as glamorous or streamlined as I had hoped, but I am hoping to start again.
Let me know if you have any tips that could help me.

eventhough it is hard once you start dropping the weight it gets easier. and just know that it takes alot of time but with effort and consistency you will reach your goals, even if you aren't always consistent while starting you can always try plans like, not doing it everyday but every other, ir ever 2 days or so, you got this and I belive in you!!!
