Integrating this exercise twice or thrice a week, combined with proper warm-ups and mobility work, can lead to significant progress. Remember that consistency and precise form—such as keeping your foot flat against the platform and being fully side-on and square—make all the difference. This technique transcends age and fitness levels, making it especially beneficial for those looking to maintain joint health and overall functional strength over time.
