Ingredients:

4 chicken thighs - cleaned and trimmed of fat

Pickle juice - about 1-2 cups

Marinate at least 4 hours*

All purpose seasoning - I went with Sazon complete

Dijon Butter:

Salted butter - 3 tbsp, melted

Black pepper - 1/8 tsp

Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp

Dijon mustard - 2 tsp (feel free to add more)

Lemon juice - to taste

Air fry chicken thighs at 380 for 18 minutes flipping halfway through until an internal temp of 170-175🐓
