Sous vide is a cooking method where food is sealed in a bag and cooked in a temperature-controlled water bath. This technique ensures even cooking and results in perfectly cooked food with consistent texture and flavor. It's particularly useful for achieving precise levels of doneness, like a perfectly medium-rare steak, and for retaining moisture and nutrients.

Items needed:

Sous vide device (about $150 on Amazon)

Vacuum sealer

Vacuum seal bag

Or if you do not have the above 2 look up water displacement method with a zip lock bag.

You want BPA free bags!!!!
