... Read moreHey foodies! I wanted to share a few extra tips I've picked up to make these loaded pulled pork fries even more epic. While the recipe is fantastic as is, a few tweaks can really elevate your experience! First off, let's talk about those fries. Nobody likes soggy loaded fries, right? My secret for extra crispy fries is to either air fry them (if you have one, it's a game-changer!) or give them a double bake in the oven. Bake them according to package directions until almost done, let them cool a bit, then give them another quick blast at a higher temperature for that perfect crunch before loading them up. It makes all the difference! For the pulled pork, if you don't have leftovers, don't fret! You can often find pre-cooked pulled pork at your local grocery store, which makes this dish come together in minutes. If you're feeling a bit more ambitious, preparing a batch of slow-cooker pulled pork on the weekend means you'll have delicious meat ready for these fries (and sandwiches, tacos, etc.) all week long. You can also experiment with other meats if pork isn't your favorite—shredded BBQ chicken or even seasoned ground beef works wonderfully. And let's not forget the toppings! While the BBQ sauce, ranch, and jalapeños are classic, feel free to get creative. Sometimes I'll add a dollop of sour cream or a sprinkle of crumbled bacon for extra richness. For a bit of freshness, a squeeze of lime juice or a homemade corn salsa can really brighten things up. Don't be afraid to make it your own! These loaded fries are not just a snack; they're a hearty meal perfect for a casual dinner, a game day party, or just when you're craving some serious comfort food. Enjoy!
