Trying Curology for the first time!
As a 30 yo with PCOS, my body has uh…changed a bit in the last few years. 😬 I used to take COC birth control pills but stopped when it became apparent that I was starting to develop migraines (totally separate, pill didn’t cause them). 💢 Some migraines = increased risk of blood clots, which can further increase when taking estrogen. So that’s a no-no.
