🧘 How It Helps Me: We don’t realize how much food we are actually consuming a lot of times and how eating certain foods create more desire for more food hence a cycle of overeating.

🧘 How It Helps Me: this will help keep you motivated when you wanna give up or cheat yourself.

🧘 Habit 4: Working on my relationship with self

🧘 How It Helps Me: not being able to lose weight has a lot to do with our relationship with ourselves because when we lack self-love, we tend to have self sabotaging habits I.e. overeating

🧘 Habit 3: Stop looking for results

🧘 How It Helps Me: As long as you stay committed, you’re going to get the result the more you keep on, focusing on looking for the result the more you won’t be able to find it because you’re too close.
