So I’m a collegiate cheerleader, I’ve heard in my past that cheer isn’t a sport because we “stand on the sidelines.” For my team that isn’t 100% true. Yes we stand on the sidelines but every timeout we are out on the court doing some hard stunt that has (during practices) given us injuries. When
