June may have been a little quiet online, but offline your girl was dragging herself across the finish line. 😮💨😂 What. A. Month.
It came with a lot of transitions, and if you’ve been here for a while, you know I’m no stranger to change. Between work, motherhood, moving, and everything happening behind the scenes, I had to be really intentional about protecting my peace and taking life one day at a time.
Not every season is meant to be loud. Sometimes you’re just surviving, adjusting, and laying the foundation for what’s next and that’s okay too.
So, tell me… how would you describe your June in one word? What did you get up to this month?
Also, I’m moving (again 😂), and I know so many of you have questions! What do you want to know? Packing? Budgeting? Moving with a toddler? Leave your questions below because I’d love to share more of the journey. 🤍
June was definitely a challenging yet transformative month for me. Between juggling work demands and the constant responsibilities of motherhood, I found myself stretched thin emotionally and physically. Moving houses, especially with a toddler, added its unique layer of complexity. One of the biggest lessons I learned this month was how vital it is to prioritize mental well-being and set boundaries to protect one’s peace, even amidst chaos. Packing up and organizing everything while managing a young child’s needs taught me that patience and flexibility go hand in hand. I made sure to create small daily routines to help my toddler feel more secure during the upheaval, which made the process smoother for all of us. Budgeting for a move while keeping everyday expenses in check was another learning curve; I recommend tracking your spending closely and planning for unexpected costs. I also realized that not every season of life needs to be exciting or loud. Sometimes, it’s perfectly okay to just survive and focus on laying the foundation for future growth. That quiet persistence of adjusting and adapting often goes unnoticed but is essential for long-term success and happiness. For anyone else moving with little ones, my best advice is to embrace imperfection and ask for help when needed. Share your questions or moving stories; community support truly makes a difference during such times of transition.
