Mental breaks are short pauses throughout the day to step away from work or stressful situations. These breaks help to refresh the mind, boost creativity, and prevent burnout. It’s important to create random days for yourself to disconnect and engage in activities that promote relaxation and happiness. Locations like Hermann Park provide a perfect natural setting for such restorative experiences. Whether it’s a leisurely walk, meditation, or simply sitting quietly, nature enhances the effects of mental breaks.
