these might sound a little redundant, but all of these points that I made are so helpful and true when stepping into your “working girl” era. you want to make sure that you are working hard at achieving those professional goals while also taking care of your wellbeing. adulting is realizing that you have to prioritize what’s most important to you. you have your mental health, body, relationships, budget, home, family, pets, job, etc., to think about and there isn’t one answer to make life any easier. It’s based on your values and beliefs of what in life is most important to you and creating a plan based off of all those things. we’re all in this world for a reason…so think about that “why” and go from there🫶🏻 you’re not alone in this!
