although i love posting health and diet tips on lemon8, i post lots of my workouts on my tiktok @ emshel and wanted to share it here too😊

this is a GREAT ab workout if you are in a time crunch and it really has helped me snatch my waist and tone my stomach for those 11 ab lines we all love!

make sure to move at your own pace, engage your core & keep your back pushed into the mat. form is so so important and make sure to always listen to your body💗

ofcourse, cardio and a healthy diet are also vital for a smaller stomach and waist! i love incorporating ab workouts into my daily routine along with 30 minutes of walking and it works like a CHARMMM
