Oven baked drumsticks 🍗

——Ingredients——

12 chicken drumsticks

1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup of olive oil

1/2 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon lemon pepper

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (if you don’t want it spicy add 1/2 a teaspoon or to taste)

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 lemon the juice

1. In a large bowl mixed together the yogurt, olive oil, salt, all the spices, lemon juice and give it a good mix

2. Put the drumsticks in the marinade mixture and mix everything together really well with your hands and let it marinate in the fridge for an hour or longer if you have the time.

3. After they are done marinating preheat your oven to 400°

4. put the marinated drumsticks on a baking sheet or tray lined with parchment paper. make sure you rub the rest of the marinade that’s left in the bowl on top of the drumsticks

5. Then into the oven they go at 400° for 1 hour and enjoy!
