To a healthy start- self care and self love
It was a long day. I walked from home to the temple, then headed to my favourite coffee shop for a kopi o kosong. I had my home-cooked meal and was later offered a chocolate bar all the way from Japan. I took one piece, since I had my own snacks packed a red apple and some nuts.
Dinner was simple and nourishing: chia and oats with blueberries, banana, and mixed seeds.
During a casual conversation with colleagues, something kept coming up, and it left a profound impact on me. I truly agreed no one should get hurt just because you are hurt.
I quietly murmured to myself:
“Heal, because it will benefit your generation.”
