I also keep my desk minimal—just my laptop, a notebook, and my fave plant. To stay in the zone, I make study playlists—lo-fi beats or soft indie hits that keep me focused but don’t distract me

2) ⏰ Breaks or Burnout? Choose Wisely

Breaks aren’t optional—they’re mandatory. My golden rule? 25 mins of hardcore study, then a 5-min break. During breaks, I stretch, vibe to my current favorite song, or sip on iced matcha like the main character I am. Skipping breaks = guaranteed brain fog.

3) 📝 Study Plan = My Lifeline

Cramming? Couldn’t be me (ok, maybe once or twice). I break down topics into daily chunks bc it makes finals feel less overwhelming. I even color-code my notes—pastel highlighters make me feel put together even when I’m spiraling inside. Having a plan means fewer late-night panic sessions.

4) 🧠 Study Techniques That Work

Studying without a strategy is like fighting a boss level with no armor. My top techniques? Flashcards for vocab and definitions, Mind Maps for connecting ideas visually, and Active Recall (basically quizzing myself) bc passive reading is a scam.

5) 💻 Study Tools I Can’t Live Without
