What taking magnesium has done for me…
I started taking magnesium citrate about two weeks ago and it is one of the few supplements that I actually saw results with. I started taking it to boost my cut before summer and I noticed so much more:)

Mag citrate is for constipation. Mag glycinate is for cognition, focus. Mag malate is for muscle cramps, low energy. Best to take at night. Don’t take along with zinc, iron & calcium cz interfere with absorption
