How to find your spark again :)

I hope this helps someone. It was a long road for me, and I didn’t have much guidance, so maybe this can find the people who need it.

1. Be willing to try.

2. Tell yourself all the reasons you are enough when you catch yourself thinking you aren’t.

3. Notice the little things around you and the way they make you smile.

4. Learn it doesn’t matter what anyone thinks as long as you are happy.

5. Realize life is too short to spend it miserable.

6. Find something to be passionate about.

7. Do the things that made you happy as a kid. Chances are they will make you happy now too

8. Stop making excuses for people who don’t deserve to be in your life. Being alone is way easier than being unhappy. I promise.

... Read moreRekindling your inner spark is a deeply personal journey, but from my experience, the process becomes more rewarding when you approach it with patience and kindness toward yourself. One crucial realization I had was that small moments often hold the key to happiness. Taking time each day to notice simple things—a blooming flower, a friendly smile, or a favorite song—helped me reconnect with feelings of joy and wonder. Another important step is allowing yourself to try new activities without fear of failure or judgment. This openness helped me find new passions and revive old ones, like painting and journaling, which brought immense satisfaction and a creative outlet to express myself. Affirmations also played a vital role in my journey. Whenever negative thoughts crept in, reminding myself of my worth and achievements countered self-doubt and boosted resilience. It’s empowering to learn that your happiness matters most, not others' opinions. Perhaps one of the toughest yet most liberating lessons was recognizing toxic relationships and choosing solitude over unhappiness. I found that being alone gave me space to heal, reflect, and prioritize my well-being, ultimately leading to healthier connections. Remember, regaining your spark doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, conscious effort, and self-compassion. But one day, you will look around and realize the world feels vibrant and colorful again, just as it did in your childhood. Embrace the journey, celebrate your progress, and never stop seeking what lights up your soul.
