ORAL HYGIENE ROUTINE 🪥🦷

2024/1/6 Edited to

... Read moreAn effective oral hygiene routine is essential for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. To start, oil pulling is a traditional practice using substances like coconut oil that aid in reducing bacteria and promoting fresh breath. Following this, flossing is crucial as it removes plaque between teeth, where toothbrushes can't reach. A good brush routine involves selecting a toothpaste designed for tartar protection and teeth whitening. Use a tongue scraper to remove bacteria and residue from the tongue, which can help with bad breath. Incorporating mouthwash improves breath and adds an extra layer of cleaning. For a brighter smile, tooth whitening strips like the Guru Signature Whitening Strips are handy, especially for those with sensitive teeth, offering effective results without worsening sensitivity. Maintaining a consistent routine of these practices leads to a healthier mouth and boosts confidence.

Ik this is your routine. All I’m gonna tell you is look up what fluoride can do to teeth. If you can, try to find fluoride free toothpaste. I use the Tom’s brand from Walmart. Thank me later. ❤️

If you have sensitive teeth then try Sensodyne. They also have a whitening toothpaste that’s 10/10. I use this brand since I have sensitive teeth as well.
