Staying on track for weightloss!

Things I do to stay “on track” ….thought I would share what I have been trying to do to keep on track of my new goals and habits.

💛 MEAL PREP

Where possible I prep meals on a Sunday - this not only saves heaps on time in the week on days where the fatigue hits or pain gets too much it’s one less faff it’s all already done for you!

💛HYDRATE (but make it cute)

One thing about me is I will ALWAYS have a water bottle or cup that I think looks cute! If you like the vibe you’ll use it more!!

💛 GYM FITS

Buy & wear gym clothes that complement you and make you feel good. Your confidence will literally sky rocket and will make you excited to workout again to wear cute clothes!!

💛 DO WHAT YOU LIKE

Doing exercise you genuinely like and enjoy will be the difference between it sticking and it failing. I love Pilates and gym strength training so it is an easier stick for me (plus it’s 2 very good forms of exercise for hormone balancing and stress reduction)

💛 PLAN PLAN PLAN

Find or create a workout plan that works for you, your goals & your likes! I have been using the @shreddy app for some inspiration with my workouts. Following a plan keeps you on track and helps you better see progress!

💛 MUSIC

A good playlist can carry you through the depths of a plank hold 😂 make sure you pack your headphones and have some good music lined up for workouts!
