with all of the crazy fad diets & intense calorie deficits trending, i wanted to remind you guys that healthy habits & a healthy mindset is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. weightloss is a lifestyle, and it is all about balance.
my top 5 do’s:
- clean & balanced eating; no crazy diets, no insane restrictions, no cutting out entire food groups. learn to eat intuitively, eat things that make you FEEL good. thats the most important thing
- daily movement; low impact girly here!! i have lost 20 pounds with 10k steps a day, a 30 minute hot girl walk & some pilates🤭
- destressing!!! this is so critical. your cortisol levels control so much weight & fat distribution. focus on activities that make you feel calm & connected with yourself. engage in hobbies & passions and fill your life with self love and self care
- @Litely & happyscale 🤭 the best apps in the world. i can not recommend them enough!! i use Litely every. single. day. to track my macros, weight, my intermittent fasts, etc!! there are so many articles & resources too that i love to read through for recipes & health / weightloss information!!
