After four Pomodoros, a longer break helps refresh my mind, making it easier to maintain concentration throughout the day. The Feynman Technique was quite revealing for me—I started to teach complex topics in simple terms as if explaining to a child. Whenever I found a gap in my understanding, it pushed me back to study those parts more deeply. It’s not just about rote learning, but ensuring you truly grasp concepts. Additionally, spaced repetition has helped me retain information far beyond exams. Reviewing material at increasing intervals means it sticks better in my long-term memory. Pairing this with visual aids—like words linked with images—added another layer of retention.
