Here’s OOMF go-to morning ginger shot recipe:

What You’ll Need:

• 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger

• 1 tsp raw honey

• ½ tsp ground turmeric

• Juice of ½ a lemon

• 2-3 tbsp filtered water

How to Make It:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl or blender.
