🌿 An up-and-coming new style Thai restaurant in Bangkok
I've seen the name of this shop a lot lately, so try it yourself.
House of Emily is a hit store in Sukhumvit area now.
But it's not a tourist-oriented store. Most of the people around here eat.
I have to say
This restaurant is not French.
It is a modern Thai dish that uses a French presentation.
The most obvious thing after eating is

The taste is also Thai food.
But it's light, fresh, clean, not oily, and not too spicy.
The other thing that makes this place nice is the atmosphere.

Sit and feel slower without knowing it.

สำหรับคนที่หลงใหลในอาหารไทยแต่ไม่อยากได้แค่รสชาติดั้งเดิมอย่างเดียว ร้าน House of Emily คือคำตอบที่ลงตัวมากครับ ผมได้มีโอกาสไปลองทานเองที่สาขาสุขุมวิท 49 และรู้สึกประทับใจในความพิถีพิถันของการเลือกวัตถุดิบที่สดใหม่และคุณภาพดีมาก ตั้งแต่เมนูเรียกน้ำย่อยจนถึงของหวานทุกจานล้วนมีความลงตัวในเรื่องรสชาติ ไม่เผ็ดเกินไปและยังคงรักษาเอกลักษณ์ของอาหารไทยไว้ได้อย่างชัดเจน ร้านตกแต่งด้วยไม้จริงพร้อมด้วยต้นไม้เขียวชอุ่มและแสงธรรมชาติสาดส่องเข้ามา ทำให้บรรยากาศดูอบอุ่นและผ่อนคลาย ได้ชวนให้นั่งนาน ๆ เพื่อพูดคุยหรือทำงานได้สบายเหมือนอยู่บ้าน ไม่เหมือนร้านอาหารไทยทั่วไปที่อาจจะแออัดหรือคึกคักจนเกินไป สำหรับผมการมาร้านนี้ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องกิน แต่เป็นการพักผ่อนอย่างหนึ่งด้วย เหมาะกับการนัดเจอเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวเพราะบรรยากาศนั่งแล้วรู้สึกช้าลงและมีเวลาคุณภาพกับคนที่เราไปด้วย แต่ถ้าใครอยากมาทานมื้อเย็น แนะนำให้จองโต๊ะล่วงหน้า เพราะช่วงนี้คนค่อนข้างเยอะ ทั้งคนไทยและชาวต่างชาติที่อยากมาลองสัมผัสประสบการณ์อาหารไทยสมัยใหม่เลย สุดท้าย ถ้าอยากกินอาหารไทยที่มีเทคนิคการนำเสนอแบบฝรั่งเศสแต่ยังคงความเป็นไทยแท้ๆ รสชาติเบาสดสะอาด ไม่มัน ไม่เผ็ดเกินไป พร้อมบรรยากาศดี ๆ House of Emily เป็นตัวเลือกที่ต้องลองจริง ๆ ครับ
