Everytime I get this comment of you need to do cardio, I freaking want to scream!!! Coming from someone who lost 49 lbs last year lifting weights, the year prior I lost 0 lbs yes 0 and was doing cardio 3-4 times a week. So tell me which one works better for someone PCOS. If you are not knowledgeable on this condition it’s best not to comment. Lifting builds muscle you need muscle to burn fat.
