Day 1 of My 30-Day Arm Challenge
I built this program myself, and I’m excited to see the strength and growth that comes from it.
Here’s the workout:
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Lateral Servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Around the Worlds
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Scarecrows
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Tricep Pulses
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Front servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Bicep Curls (last set = AMRAP)
Finished strong with 35 reps on the final bicep curl set 🔥
This is about staying consistent, and pushing past limits—day by day. Let’s see what we can do in 30 days together. #pcos #midsize #michiganmom #bingeeatingrecovery #bodydysmorphia
Starting a 30-day arm challenge can be a transformative experience, especially when you have a structured plan like this one. From my personal journey, incorporating exercises such as Lateral Servers, Around the Worlds, Scarecrows, Tricep Pulses, Front Servers, and Bicep Curls has not only improved my arm strength but also enhanced muscle definition. One key aspect I found important was maintaining consistency daily. Even on days when motivation dips, sticking to the routine made a noticeable difference. The approach of doing 4 sets of 12 reps for each exercise allowed me to build endurance while focusing on proper form to avoid injury. The final set of Bicep Curls, where I pushed to do as many reps as possible (AMRAP), became a personal milestone. Hitting 35 reps was both challenging and rewarding, showing how gradual progress can be very motivating. Adding variety to the exercises keeps the workouts engaging and targets different muscle groups around the arms and shoulders, which helped me prevent plateaus. I also noticed that focusing on smaller movements like Tricep Pulses contributed to toning often overlooked muscles. For those managing conditions like PCOS or recovering from body image struggles, this challenge can offer structure and empowerment. It’s important to listen to your body, adjust weights if necessary, and celebrate small achievements daily. Staying consistent with this arm challenge helped me push past limits and focus on growth—mentally and physically. I encourage others to try a similar routine, adapt it to their needs, and enjoy the strength and confidence that come with the journey.
