Day 10 of My 30-Day Arm Challenge

I built this program myself, and I’m excited to see the strength and growth that comes from it. *** I have switched it up this week and added an additional set 🫢

Here’s the workout:

• 5 sets x 12 reps — Lateral Servers

• 5 sets x 12 reps — Around the Worlds

• 5 sets x 12 reps — Scarecrows

• 5 sets x 12 reps — Tricep Pulses

• 5 sets x 12 reps — Front servers

• 5 sets x 12 reps — Bicep Curls (last set = AMRAP)

Finished strong with 50 reps on the final bicep curl set 🔥

Let’s see what we can do in 30 days together. #pcos #midsize #michiganmom #bingeeatingrecovery #bodydysmorphia

The combination of exercises like lateral servers, around the worlds, and tricep pulses targets all the major muscle groups in the arms, including the biceps, triceps, and shoulders. One thing I learned through this journey is the importance of progressive overload, which is why I added an additional set this week. Increasing volume gradually helps muscles adapt and grow stronger. The last set of bicep curls being AMRAP (as many reps as possible) pushed my limits and gave a great pump. Incorporating these moves daily not only improves arm tone but also enhances endurance. For anyone dealing with busy schedules or limited space, this workout is easy to do at home with minimal to no equipment, making it accessible for many. Tracking progress visually and mentally motivates me, especially on days when motivation dips. I recommend setting achievable goals, such as increasing reps or adding sets incrementally. Also, engaging with communities focused on related wellness topics like PCOS, body dysmorphia, or recovery journeys can provide support and encouragement. Remember to maintain proper form to avoid injury and maximize results. Simple cues, such as controlled movement and full range of motion, make a difference. I’ve found that combining these arm exercises with balanced nutrition and adequate rest accelerates visible results and overall well-being. If you’re looking to strengthen your arms and boost confidence, this 30-day challenge offers structure and flexibility. Consistency is key, and by sticking to the program, you’ll likely notice improved muscle tone and increased strength by the end of the month.
