Day 14 of My 30-Day Arm Challenge 🔥🔥 we have a change up this week. Back to 4 sets but added an additional move.
I built this program myself, and I’m excited to see the strength and growth that comes from it.
Here’s the workout:
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Lateral Servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Around the Worlds
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Scarecrows
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Tricep Pulses
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Front servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Bicep Curls (last set = AMRAP)
• 4 sets x 12 reps - Overhead tricep extensions
Finished strong with 60 reps on the final bicep curl set 🔥
. Let’s see what we can do in 30 days together. #pcos #midsize #michiganmom #bingeeatingrecovery #bodydysmorphia
Having completed two weeks of this 30-day arm challenge, I can truly feel the difference in my arm strength and muscle tone. The inclusion of targeted movements like Lateral Servers and Scarecrows engages different parts of the arm, helping to build balanced strength. An important aspect of this program is doing four sets of each exercise, which provides ample volume to fatigue the muscles and encourage growth. Adding the last bicep curl set as AMRAP (as many reps as possible) pushes your endurance further. I personally found pacing myself during this AMRAP critical—starting steady and gradually increasing my speed helped me hit those 60 reps without compromising form. The variety of exercises not only targets biceps and triceps but also involves shoulder stability and forearm engagement. For example, Around the Worlds and Front Servers work the deltoids and improve range of motion, which is great for overall arm aesthetics and functional strength. For anyone managing conditions like PCOS or working through body image issues, maintaining a consistent workout routine like this can offer both physical benefits and mental empowerment. Tracking daily progress, celebrating small milestones, and sharing the journey with supportive communities can amplify motivation. My tip: invest in light to moderate dumbbells to ensure proper resistance without risking injury. Focus on controlled movements with good posture rather than speed. As you build strength, you can gradually increase weight or reps to keep progressing. Overall, this 30-day arm challenge offers a comprehensive, approachable way to build arm strength from home or anywhere, while boosting confidence along the way. Keep pushing—you’ll be amazed at what 30 days can do!
