Day 17 of My 30-Day Arm Challenge! How are we feeling?
I built this program myself, and I’m excited to see the strength and growth that comes from it.
Here’s the workout:
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Lateral Servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Around the Worlds
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Scarecrows
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Tricep Pulses
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Front servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Bicep Curls (last set = AMRAP)
• 4 sets x 12 reps— overhead tricep extensions
Finished strong with 65 reps on the final bicep curl set 🔥
Let’s see what we can do in 30 days together. #pcos #midsize #michiganmom #bingeeatingrecovery #bodydysmorphia
Having been part of this 30-day arm challenge for over two weeks now, I’ve noticed significant improvements not only in my arm strength but also in my overall endurance. The variety of exercises such as Lateral Servers, Around the Worlds, Scarecrows, and the tricep-focused movements provide a comprehensive arm workout targeting multiple muscle groups. What’s great about this routine is its balance between bicep and tricep exercises, ensuring no muscle is neglected. Incorporating AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) on the last set of Bicep Curls pushes your limits, which is essential for muscle growth and strength gains. For example, on Day 17, finishing strong with 65 reps was a personal milestone that signaled real progress. One tip from personal experience: focus on maintaining proper form, especially with complex movements like Overhead Tricep Extensions and Front Servers, to avoid injury and maximize benefits. Starting with moderate weights or even just bodyweight versions helps if you're new to these exercises. Consistency is key. This 30-day challenge also encouraged me to track my progress daily, which kept motivation high. For those dealing with conditions like PCOS, or recovering from challenges such as binge eating or body dysmorphia, this challenge offers a structured, manageable way to build confidence and healthy habits. Overall, committing to this program fosters not only physical strength but also mental toughness and self-discipline. If you’re looking to gain arm strength and feel empowered, trying this multi-exercise routine with its clear set and rep scheme could be a game-changer. Let’s see what we can achieve in the remaining days!
