Day 23 of My 30-Day Arm Challenge!?
I built this program myself, and I’m excited to see the strength and growth that comes from it.
Here’s the workout:
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Lateral Servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Around the Worlds
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Scarecrows
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Tricep Pulses
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Front servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Bicep Curls (last set = AMRAP)
• 4 sets x 12 reps— overhead tricep extensions
Finished strong with 50 reps on the final bicep curl set 🔥
Let’s see what we can do in 30 days together. #pcos #midsize #michiganmom #bingeeatingrecovery #bodydysmorphia
Taking part in a 30-day arm challenge like this has significantly boosted my arm strength and overall motivation. I found that doing four sets of each exercise such as Lateral Servers, Around the Worlds, and Overhead Tricep Extensions helps target different parts of the arm for balanced muscle development. Incorporating AMRAP (as many reps as possible) on the last bicep curl set was a game changer—it pushed my endurance and muscle growth further. Consistency is key. Even on days when I felt less motivated, reminding myself of the challenge goal kept me going. I also noticed improvements in my posture and daily activities that require arm strength. For anyone managing conditions like PCOS or body dysmorphia, a structured, self-paced fitness routine can offer both physical and mental health benefits. It builds confidence and helps focus on personal progress rather than perfection. Pairing this workout with proper hydration, nutrition, and rest days amplified my results. Tracking reps and sets daily gave me a clear view of my improvement trajectory. If you're new to arm training, start with lighter weights and focus on technique to avoid injury. Overall, this program is accessible, effective, and encouraging—perfect for building upper body strength over 30 days.
