Day 28 of My 30-Day Arm Challenge! Here’s the real question what challenge do you want next?
I built this program myself, and I’m excited to see the strength and growth that comes from it.
Here’s the workout:
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Lateral Servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Around the Worlds
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Scarecrows
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Tricep Pulses
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Front servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Bicep Curls (last set = AMRAP)
• 4 sets x 12 reps— overhead tricep extensions
Finished strong with 50 reps on the final bicep curl set 🔥
Let’s see what we can do in 30 days together. #pcos #midsize #michiganmom #bingeeatingrecovery #bodydysmorphia
Completing a 30-day arm challenge can significantly enhance your muscle tone and strength if you stay consistent and focused. Alongside the workout routines such as Lateral Servers, Around the Worlds, Scarecrows, and Tricep Pulses mentioned, it's important to prioritize proper form to avoid injury and maximize gains. I found that incorporating AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) sets, like on the final bicep curls in this program, really pushes past plateaus and promotes endurance. Rest periods between sets should be between 30 to 60 seconds for muscle hypertrophy. Nutrition also plays a crucial role; ensuring adequate protein intake supports muscle repair and growth. For those managing conditions like PCOS or body dysmorphia, as tagged in the challenge, this kind of structured exercise routine provides not only physical benefits but also mental health improvements through routine and accomplishment. Tracking progress, even by just noting reps and sets completed, helps maintain motivation. If you're considering trying your own 30-day challenge, start with weights that challenge you but allow for controlled movement to prevent strain. This routine blends diverse arm-focused moves that hit different muscle groups—biceps, triceps, and shoulders—giving balanced development. Finally, listen to your body. If you experience sharp pain or excessive discomfort, it’s important to adjust or rest. This challenge shows that with dedication and the right exercises, worthy arm strength and growth are achievable in just 30 days.
