Demons are negative emotions
It's a concept that really resonated with me on my spiritual journey: the idea that 'demons' aren't always external, shadowy figures, but often aspects of *our own psyche*, born from our negative emotions. I remember feeling overwhelmed by certain recurring thoughts, almost like they had a life of their own, constantly trying to pull me down. That's when I started to understand how these 'personal demons' truly feed on our unresolved fears, anger, and insecurities. Think about it: when you dwell on a past slight, or endlessly worry about the future, what are you doing? You're pouring energy into those negative thought patterns. The OCR text really hit home for me, stating 'YOUR OWN PSYCHE CREATED IN YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS' and 'YOUR NEGATIVE FORMS HAVE CREATED DEMONS.' It's like our thoughts, especially those fueled by strong negative emotions, literally transform into energetic forms within our inner world. This isn't just abstract; I've felt the tangible weight of it. These internal 'demons' thrive on repetition and attention. The more we feed them with rumination, self-criticism, or giving in to their impulses, the stronger they become. This can manifest in various ways, from persistent anxiety to procrastination, or even falling into patterns of 'addiction.' The OCR even mentioned 'EVERY ADDICTION YOU'VE CREATED AND YOU'VE' – it highlights how our own energy can solidify these challenging patterns. They don't just exist; they actively influence our emotional chemistry and can even impact our physical well-being. So, how do we starve these 'demons' that feed on negative emotions? It starts with awareness. Recognizing that these aren't external forces, but internal creations, gives us immense power. Instead of fighting them directly, which often gives them more energy, I've found it more effective to redirect my focus. When a negative thought or emotion arises, I try to observe it without judgment, acknowledge its presence, and then consciously choose not to engage. It’s about not letting those 'negative aspects' define me. Another powerful tool is conscious 'imagination.' If our 'thoughts turn into imagination' to create these forms, then we can also use our imagination to create positive, empowering ones. Visualize yourself strong, calm, and in control. Engage in activities that bring joy and elevate your vibration. For me, this has involved meditation, spending time in nature, and focusing on gratitude. These practices help to shift the energetic landscape of my inner world, making it less fertile ground for those negative forms. It’s a continuous process, of course. But understanding that these 'demons' are products of my own energy, and that I have the power to stop feeding them, has been incredibly liberating. It’s about reclaiming sovereignty over our inner world, one thought and one emotion at a time. It's not about eradicating negative emotions entirely – they’re part of the human experience – but about learning not to let them take hold and create unwanted inhabitants within our 'psyche.' Once I started doing this, I truly felt a shift in my energy and overall well-being.

I don't agree with that. I had a real life experience with a demon. If you ever had this happen to you,the worst thing is to have someone don't believe you. I prayed and thought that would help. It change my life forever. Now the vail is broken you can see shadow people and demon 😈 everywhere. They are not hiding anymore. They are everywhere.
