Trusting your journey involves patience and kindness toward yourself, especially during setbacks or uncertainties. The idea that you don't need anyone's permission to become who you’re meant to be is liberating—it empowers you to redefine your path on your own terms. Integrating practices like mindfulness and journaling helped me stay connected to this quiet glow-up process. It became about accepting where I was, and nurturing the parts of me ready to emerge.
