In my own experience, embracing the idea that we can learn from younger generations has been a game-changer. Often, Baby Boomers and Gen X individuals may feel their life experiences have taught them everything needed, but the innovation and fresh perspectives of Gen Z and Millennials consistently show us there is much to gain by keeping an open mind. For example, technology and social trends evolve rapidly, and younger generations adapt effortlessly. Learning from them not only helps us stay relevant but also enriches our understanding of today's world. The story of King Josiah reminds us that wisdom can come from unexpected places—even an 8-year-old. This resonates deeply when we recognize that insights can come "out of the mouth of babes."
