Electrolytes and why i drink them daily🏋🏼‍♀️

I am a pretty active person & I noticed a lot after my workouts that i was extremely fatigued no matter what i did. I was recommended to start drinking electrolytes nearly a month ago & it was SO WORTH IT!!!!

• Due to being very active & drinking so much water over time i was very dehydrated. From sweating , drinking a lot of water & loosing my much needing mineral.
