Something felt different by day 2

I honestly wasn’t expecting to notice anything this quickly…

But by day 2, I found myself paying attention 👀

Because when you’ve been dealing with brain fog, hot flashes, mood swings, and just feeling OFF… you notice even the smallest shifts.

And if you know, you KNOW.

Perimenopause can have you questioning your whole body some days 😩

So right now? I’m just staying consistent, paying attention, and seeing where this journey goes.

Anybody else in this season with me?

... Read moreExperiencing the early days of perimenopause can really catch you off guard, especially when symptoms like brain fog, mood swings, and hot flashes start showing up seemingly out of nowhere. I remember feeling a bit puzzled and even doubtful at first—how could I notice anything so quickly? But these subtle shifts are often the body's way of signaling that something has changed. One thing I've learned through my personal experience is the importance of attuning yourself to these small changes rather than dismissing them. Brain fog, for example, can make daily tasks feel overwhelming, as if your mind isn’t quite as sharp as usual. When I first realized this happening around day 2, I made a point to journal my experiences to track any patterns and triggers. Hot flashes can be particularly unsettling during this perimenopausal phase. They tend to come on unexpectedly, and when paired with mood swings, it feels like riding an emotional rollercoaster. I've found that maintaining a consistent wellness routine—hydration, balanced nutrition, and gentle exercise—helps me manage these symptoms better. Being consistent with any supplements or treatments recommended (though noting they are not FDA-evaluated for this purpose) also plays a crucial role. Some days, results may vary, but keeping a steady course allows you to discern which methods support your body best. If you're also navigating this phase, know you're not alone. Many women notice their bodies communicating in new ways. Sharing personal experiences and tips within communities focusing on perimenopause and women's wellness can be a great support system. Remember to consult with your healthcare provider about any concerns or treatments to ensure your journey is safe and effective. Ultimately, this season is about listening to your body, being patient, and allowing yourself grace as you adapt to these new changes. Staying attentive to even the smallest shifts can empower you to take control of your well-being during perimenopause.
