21 days of JOURNALING
21 days of JOURNALING...march's experiment is landingggg
It is going to be stretchy in the most beautiful way.
We all have that ONE thing we keep putting on the back burner.
That project collecting dust.
That conversation you've been avoiding.
That risk you've been considering.
That idea you mentioned once and never brought up again.
So for March, we're sitting with our ONE thing—and journal TF out of it!
21 days of intentional themed prompts to sit with it and notice the WHY to find what's NEXT.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
●WEEK ZERO●
The invitation is very simple:
Choose what you're focusing on for this month’s experiment. Find your ONE thing.
Get a delicious journal exclusively for the fun excavation we’ll be doing.
If you're not sure how to pick your ONE thing, grab a piece of paper and draw a line in the middle.
On one side, write everything that keeps circling back in your mind.
Come back later, or the next day, and start choosing the ones that feel like they might be on the threshold of your expansion. Move them to the empty column.
Repeat this exercise a few times until you have only ONE thing.
As for the journal, pick something so delicious that you can’t wait to write on it!
Personally, I'm going purple for that expansion energy, and red, because it was Chico's go-to colour. Man, he looked good in red!
✨️ WEEK ONE themed journal prompts will land on Monday, March 9th @ 8 AM ET. Join in at the link in bio or drop this emoji in the comments: 🔑
Starting a focused journaling routine for 21 days can be a powerful way to unlock mental blocks and gain clarity about areas in your life that you’ve been avoiding or procrastinating on. From personal experience, setting aside a dedicated journal and choosing a specific theme — like a project collecting dust or a difficult conversation you’ve hesitated to have — makes the process feel more intentional and enjoyable. One practical tip I found helpful is to begin by listing all the nagging thoughts or unfinished business swirling in your mind. Then, refine that list over several days until you identify the single ‘ONE thing’ that truly matters and feels ready for your attention. Using a visually appealing journal (perhaps with colors that inspire you) boosts motivation because it’s inviting to write and reflect daily. The key to this 21-day journaling experiment is the use of daily themed prompts that encourage you to dig into the reasons why you’ve been holding back and to acknowledge any fears or doubts that arise. This mindful self-exploration allows you to develop unbreakable knowing and emotional readiness, enabling you to take actionable steps forward. Journaling this way isn’t just about recording thoughts; it’s a gentle yet precise excavation of your internal landscape, much like a guided conversation with yourself. I’ve also found that sharing this journey in a community or club setting — like the DRIPS CLUB mentioned — can foster accountability and encouragement, which keep you engaged over the three weeks. Sometimes, simply noticing what’s been on the back burner with fresh intentionality changes your perspective and fuels progress. Whether you’re tackling a business idea, rebuilding after loss, or simply trying to understand your next life chapter, these daily journaling prompts can bring focus and clarity. The experiment is not about perfection but presence — sitting with your ONE thing daily and exploring it with curiosity and compassion, just like Evelyn describes with her seasonal themes and vibrant color choices. If you’re feeling stuck, consider giving this 21-day journaling challenge a try. A delicious journal and intentional prompts might be exactly the tools you need to stretch yourself in the most beautiful way and finally move forward with that long-delayed intention.
