Update 🌸

Luckily i went a month without too much of a struggle but these past few weeks everything has started again😔

👍Pros: i have my family by my side helping , i have a dr appointment this week coming up, and ive been through this before.

🤔Cons: its my mom's birthday week so i am feeling really guilty for not feeling good, my doctors dont know where to go from here , im starting to loose my hearing too , i am no longer able to drive again and i am back to using my cane.

📒Notes: i am really struggling but i have been taking all my meds working out and making sure i dont fall into a dark whole again but im having a hard time physically and mentally.
