Recruitment, enticement, or obtaining a person

MEANS

Force, fraud, or coercion

(not necessary if the victim is under 18)

PURPOSE

Commercial sexual exploitation

For instance:

Sextortion - someone coerces a 20 year-old woman to send explicit photos then demands $1000 or they will release the photos

Sex trafficking - someone uses force, fraud, or coercion to make a 20-year-old woman send explicit photos and then threatens to release them unless she meets a client in person or creates explicit content that is sold for money or value

And of course: both are illegal and HORRIBLE!
