I have to say, we've never been to a gym, like this.
Normally hit bad, running (which is walking), Pilates and Barre.
But this gym is in front of the house + when applying for a promotion on sale
+ Want to strengthen, + want to mold puppets, etc.
So, apply. Try it. Let it be known whether we can or not (secretly afraid that we will stop in the middle of the way too)
Our trainer is tight.
Actually, we got 6.00-7 00 in the morning!!

The first day is light, three sets each.

Running and walking will be the moment of thought, thinking about anything while walking.
Pilates is to focus on himself a lot, and there's no point in his head thinking about anything else.
Barre will have more music, more fun, but will also have a lot of moves (I can't sneak around quietly).
But the gym, for us, is like the most serious of all our things, it has to be systematic, conventional, hierarchical.
I think I can move on. I just have self-discipline. I should survive.
