If you're like me and always on the lookout for incredible local eats, Baja King Fish Taco in Rialto is definitely worth a visit. Situated conveniently near the neighborhood Walmart, this food truck offers more than just your average taco experience. From my visits, the fish tacos are fresh and flavorful, striking a perfect balance of crunchy and tender textures. What I especially appreciate about Baja King Fish Taco is their diverse menu. Besides the signature fish tacos, they also offer sides like crispy fries that complement your meal perfectly. Their drinks selection helps round out the experience, making it ideal for a casual yet satisfying lunch or dinner. One standout item I recommend trying is the octopus taco, priced reasonably and bursting with a unique taste that’s hard to find elsewhere in the Inland Empire. The truck’s schedule often changes, so I suggest following @BajaKingFishTacos on social media to stay updated on their location and hours.
