For those unfamiliar, the 75 Soft Challenge is a scaled-down version of the intense 75 Hard, making it more sustainable for a healthy lifestyle. It typically involves sticking to a diet, two 45-minute workouts (one outdoors), reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book, drinking a gallon of water, and taking a progress picture daily. But for me, the 'soft' aspect means I can adapt it slightly to fit my life, making it a true holistic wellness journey rather than a rigid, punishing routine. My first week, culminating in Day 7, has been a fantastic learning curve. The biggest shift has been in my mindset. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels, and surprisingly, my focus at work has sharpened. Getting those two workouts in daily, especially the outdoor one, has become a non-negotiable mental break. Even on cooler days, stepping outside for a walk or a jog has been incredibly grounding.
